I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the logs delivered yesterday. Your driver was very good and careful in reversing into a difficult driveway and he put the logs as far back as he could to make it easier for us to take them round to the store.
I am particularly pleased with the regular length of the logs as they have stacked so much more securely than when they are variable lengths.
I lit my first open fire of the season yesterday and we tried some out. They burnt beautifully and gave out good heat with no spitting.
I will definitely use you again and refer you to other people.

Just a quick note on the exceptional service by the driver today.

We had a delivery yesterday morning and I just wanted to let you know that your driver was brilliant. He was very polite and did an amazing job staking our wood and left the area in a very clean and organised state. Please pass in our thanks it was early in the morning and he was so considerate.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the person who delivered my order last Monday morning. I was out doing the school run and came home to find the two dumpy bags left on the drive where I had instructed, which made life so much easier to transfer the wood inside.
It’s the first time I’ve ordered from you and I’m very impressed with the quality of wood we’ve used so far. I’ll definitely be ordering again next year.

We live on a tricky road with zoned parking and he went out of his way to find a solution (even managing to navigate his way around a lamppost sign he was stealthily able to loosen, move, and tighten again!)
