We live on a tricky road with zoned parking and he went out of his way to find a solution (even managing to navigate his way around a lamppost sign he was stealthily able to loosen, move, and tighten again!) I am hugely grateful to him for his patience, quick thinking and good humour throughout.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Bertie's, I have just come home from work to my first log order from yourselves which I expected to find on my drive & there was nothing there, your amazing delivery chap actually managed to get the delivery in my back garden!
